Wave generation and measurement
Ciprian develops and manufactures instruments that are targeted for generating ,measuring and analyzing waves. We propose a variety of solutions for electric, acoustic, ultrasonic or optical waves.
Our products can be used for non destructive testing (NDT) applications as well as for a variety of material processing technologies.
Ciprian is an innovative company founded in 2004 near Grenoble in the French Alps.
Ciprian stemmed from research at the laboratories of l'Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielles (ESPCI) in Paris, University Paris 6 and Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in Paris and in Grenoble.
During its development Ciprian was funded by the French Ministery of Research in 2004 and in 2005. Ciprian also received grants and support from the Council of the Rhône-Alpes Region, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Grenoble and from Grenoble Alpes Incubation.
Based on a pluridisciplinary team we master skills in analog and digital electronic, embedded software, solid state physics, ultrasonics and optics. By maintaining active research activities, Ciprian is at the forefront of technological innovations.
As another evidence of our research potential, the French Ministery of Research gave to Ciprian the certification, under the French research tax credit, as an organization carrying out for third parties, operations of research and development.
