Ciprian develops and manufactures high-voltage power amplifiers that are targeted for generating electrical signals up to many hundreds of Volt in amplitude.
These amplifiers can be used for non destructive testing (NDT) applications in acoustics, ultrasonics, piezo actuators, MEMS, as well as for a variety of material processing technologies.
The CIPRIAN Model US-TXP-3 High Voltage Power Amplifier amplifies electronic 2V signals up to 400 Volts of amplitude (800 Volts peak-to-peak).
A single unit can deliver up to 400 Watts of continuous output power and many modules can be used in series to achieve even higher voltages output up to many kilo Volts. This is useful for the study of highly-attenuating media.
It amplifies signals without any distortion within a wide bandwidth from 10 kHz to 10MHz.
The CIPRIAN US-TXP-3 Amplifier is stable to capacitive loads and drives any kind of transducer.
In particular, it can be used to generate very stable quasi-monochromatic toneburst type excitation pulses. This allows to extend the life of the transducers, enables spectrometric studies and ultra-high resolution in time-of-flight measurements.
